Partners in Life and in Love

I met Jennifer back in September 2008 – I was a seasonal hire; and she was one of the shift supervisors at Starbucks Las Pinas, the branch where we both worked. As we got to know each other better, we found out that we spent our childhood in the same province and city. A few months passed, and Jennifer and I parted ways – I was transferred to other stores in the south area, while she was transferred to the Intramuros area. Jennifer then decided to leave Starbucks to work overseas in 2010, but I was lucky enough to get a hold of her via social media in 2013.

Thanks to Starbucks, I was able to meet the love of my life. It was the culture of the company and the years that we spent working together that sparked our love for each other. Jennifer and I will start a new chapter in our lives as we celebrate our 4th-year anniversary and wedding on January 14, 2018.
